Job summary

You’ll manage a portfolio, coordinate maintenance, and resolve tenancy issues with high standards of professionalism and efficiency. A proactive, organized approach and CRM experience will help you excel in this role.

• Proven track record in property management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience managing contractors and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal and over the phone.
• CRM system experience and diary coordination.
• Proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to build trust, work collaboratively and stay resilient under pressure.
