Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in Wimbledon is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Lettings Management team. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties meet legal and contractual obligations while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will manage a portfolio of properties, coordinate maintenance, and resolve tenancy issues with professionalism and efficiency.

• Proven track record in property management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience coordinating contractors and resolving issues effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage tenancy portfolios.
