REGULATORY PARALEGAL, 18 MONTH FTC, 12 + MONTHS’ EXPERIENCE, LONDON/ HYBRID, £34,000 - £36,000. On offer is an extensive benefits package, including up to 31 days of annual leave, private healthcare coverage, flexible working options, and a range of discounts and employee rewards. JOB REF: 2183

  • The appointed paralegal will assist in preparing cases for review panels and tribunals by gathering evidence, organising case files, and producing clear, high quality documentation.
  • You will also attend hearings and coordinate with legal representatives, witnesses, and tribunal staff to ensure smooth proceedings.
  • The organisation operates within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, with added flexibility to attend team and company events.
  • The legal professional will have experience supporting lawyers in litigation or tribunal work, including working directly with the public.
  • Ideal candidates will be skilled in analysing and summarising documents, managing evidence bundles, and applying knowledge of rules of evidence and administrative law.
  • You will demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Experience within regulatory frameworks, handling complex cases, drafting correspondence or witness statements, and participating in tribunals is desirable.
