Location: Filton, Bristol, Gloucestershire, England BS34
Bank position to provide cover as and when needed (e.g., annual leave or sick leave); hours and days vary.

About the Role

As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, using your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, administering medications safely and delivering excellence across all you do. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have the autonomy to do things the right way and be valued and respected for what you do.

About You

You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should be dedicated and compassionate, with a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
