Broxbourne Nursing Home invites a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin to join our brand-new, luxury care setting in the Lea Valley. You will lead the care team, deliver high-quality care, and maintain precise reports for residents.

This role also involves wound management and ensuring medicines are ordered, administered and recorded in line with policy. You will provide compassionate personal care and emotional support, supervise staff, and assist with budget-aware operations alongside the

Formación

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve a high standard of care.
• Lead the care team to deliver outcomes for residents.
• Maintain accurate verbal and written communications and reports.
• Wound management.
• Ensure care procedures follow policy.
• Order, administer and record medicines per policy and law.
• Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
• Offer physical, emotional and spiritual comfort.
• Supervise and appraise staff.
• Adapt routines and procedures with the Manager.
• Assess prospective residents.
• Complete the duty rota as needed.
• Carry out internal quality audits as agreed.

We are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission:

What does the role involve?

• Achieve a high standard of care.
• Leading the care team to deliver outcomes for the people that we support
• Maintain effective communications, both verbal and written, making accurate reports on residents and inform other members of the senior care team of day to day changes.
• Wound management
• Ensure that care procedures are carried out according to policy.
• Be responsible for the ordering, administration and recording of medicines according to policy and statutory requirements.
• Provide appropriate personal care for residents e.g., washing and dressing and toileting.
• Provide physical, emotional and spiritual comfort.
• Carry out Staff Supervision and Appraisals with Team/Unit allocated.
• Implement changes in routine and/or procedures as agreed with the Manager.
• Assessment of perspective clients/residents.
• Completion of the duty rota as necessary.
• Carry out Internal Quality Audits as agreed with the Manager.
• Participate fully in the training and development of all grades of staff.
• Assist Manager to work within agreed budgets – Mainly Deputy Manager responsibilities
