Job Summary

We are recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to work in UK private hospitals and care homes. Nurses will provide high-quality clinical care, ensure patient safety, and promote dignity and wellbeing in line with NMC standards and organisational policies. Weekly pay available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
  • Conduct patient/resident assessments and develop care plans
  • Administer medication and treatments in accordance with policies
  • Monitor and record patient/resident conditions and elevate concerns
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
  • Support residents with daily living activities where required
  • Communicate effectively with families, GPs, and healthcare professionals
  • Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety guidelines
  • Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff
  • Participate in handovers, audits, and ongoing training
Essential Requirements
  • Active NMC registration (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Previous nursing experience in private hospital or care home settings
  • Good knowledge of CQC standards and safe medication practices
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience in elderly care, dementia care, or rehabilitation
  • Tracheostomy, PEG, wound care, or end-of-life care experience
  • Up-to-date mandatory training (BLS, Manual Handling, Safeguarding)
  • Immediate availability
