Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a premium care home in Bedfordshire. This permanent, full-time role is on-site with shift work, delivering person-centred care and collaborating with the care team to meet residents' needs.

You must hold an RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN. The salary is £22.50 per hour, up to £56,160 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including induction, training, progression, DBS paid and more.

Qualifications

• Qualified as an RGN or RMN with active NMC Pin.
• 1+ year NMC registration.
• Experience in a care setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines.
• Maintain and update care plans with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP/professional visits when needed.

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
