Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a highly regarded care home in the Diss area, Ipswich region. You will deliver clinical care, administer medications and contribute to care plans with families and other health professionals.

The ideal candidate will hold a current active NMC PIN and have care setting experience. Permanent shifts are available across day and night, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Able to work both days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and identify care priorities.
• Administer medications per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and review care plans with residents, families and professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP visits when needed.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Diss, Ipswich area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This special care home provides care and support to residential, respite and residential dementia individuals

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• 1+ Year NMC registration
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £23.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £57,408 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
