Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse for a care home in the Diss area. You will provide nursing care to residents in a compassionate, professional manner in line with NMC guidelines and care plans.

The role offers permanent shifts (days and nights) with an excellent hourly rate of £23.00 and annual earnings up to £57,408, plus a range of benefits. Prior relevant experience and strong teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
• Proven experience of working in a care setting.
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
• Good team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.

• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and seek GP/professional visits when necessary

This special care home provides care and support to residential, respite and residential dementia individuals

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• 1+ Year NMC registration
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
