Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Registered Nurse for a care home in the Diss area. You will provide high-standard nursing care to residents including dementia care, with responsibilities across assessment, medication administration, and care planning.

A current NMC pin is required, and you will join a team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care. Permanent positions are available for day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse with current active NMC Pin.
• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• Strong time management and leadership skills.
• Good teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain and review resident care plans with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Report ill-health and arrange GP or professional visits as needed.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Diss, Ipswich area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This special care home provides care and support to residential, respite and residential dementia individuals

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• 1+ Year NMC registration
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £23.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £57,408 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
