Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a care home in the Diss area to hire a Registered Nurse. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals. A current NMC PIN and experience in care settings are preferred.

The role offers day and night shifts with a competitive pay rate of £23.00 per hour, up to £57,408 per year, plus a range of benefits. A DBS check, pension, and training are provided.

Qualifications

Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
Experience working in care settings is preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Accurately assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
Administer medications and treatments according to NMC guidelines and policy.
Ensure care plans are completed with residents, relatives and other professionals.
Report ill-health and arrange GP visits when necessary.

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Diss, Ipswich area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This special care home provides care and support to residential, respite and residential dementia individuals

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse your key duties include:

Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Proven experience of working in a care setting
A good team player
1+ Year NMC registration
Well-developed time management and leadership skills
