Job summary

Anchor is seeking a Registered Home Manager for Wetherby Manor, a 75-bed care home with a dedicated nursing unit. You will lead clinical governance, culture and performance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care with autonomy and the backing of a national organisation.

• Current NMC PIN with experience leading nursing services in a care home.
• Proven track record as Registered Manager with Good/Outstanding CQC outcomes.
• Commitment to outstanding care and improving residents' lives.
• Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding, MCA and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Proactive quality improvement and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with residents and families.

Location: Wetherby Manor, Wetherby
Contract: 37.5 hours | Permanent
Salary: £71,500 per annum

As Registered Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, culture and performance of the home, with the autonomy to lead confidently and the support of a national organisation behind you. Who we're looking for:

• Current NMC PIN with experience of leading nursing services in a care home setting.
• An experienced Registered Manager with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.
• A genuine commitment to outstanding care and improving the lives of older people.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and wider regulatory requirements.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• A proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
