Job summary

Welford Healthcare is seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead our care home in the UK. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of person-centred care, and uphold regulatory compliance with CQC requirements.

The role involves staff supervision, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives across all care domains. The successful candidate will drive occupancy growth, manage budgets, and lead recruitment and development of the care team while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience managing a similar sized home.
• Passionate about dementia care.
• Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements.
• Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team.
• Experience of managing and working towards budgets.
• Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home.
• Excellent communication skills – confident working with local authorities and building new contacts.
