Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a specialist care home in West Yorkshire, caring for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and dementia. You will oversee daily operations, drive high standards of care and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with an excellent salary of £55,000–£60,000 per year, paid monthly, and generous benefits.

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to manage a specialist service based in the Carr Gate, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers

This is a fantastic care home which offers residential support for males and females with a variety of needs, including individuals with a learning disability, autistic people, and those with complex needs

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
• Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
• Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
• Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
• Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Must have previous experience as a manager specialising in complex behaviours and learning disabilities
• Open to older people experience if there is evidence experience with complex dementia
• Enthusiastic, energetic and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
• Able to show a can-do attitude at all times

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or be working towards it**

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on days with some occasional on calls.
