Gobecare is recruiting an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead one of its care homes, driving person-centred care and a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.

The role requires an inspirational leader with a passion for compassionate care, strong regulatory knowledge and a proven ability to motivate teams, manage budgets and foster staff development.

Formación

• Must hold RGN or RMN qualification.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Good computer literacy and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect, ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do.
• Maintaining full compliance with Care Inspectorate regulations, company policies and relevant legislation.
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, colleagues, senior management and external stakeholders.
• Managing budgets effectively and working collaboratively with Operations and Finance teams to achieve financial targets.
• Recruiting, developing and motivating colleagues, creating a positive culture focused on teamwork, development and wellbeing.
• Driving continuous improvement and ensuring consistently high standards across the home.
• Promoting wellness, active ageing and meaningful experiences for the people in your care.

Registered Care Home Manager - Basic Salary to £57k plus Annual & Monthly Bonus

The Role

As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care while creating a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:
