Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager (Clinical) in Telford. The role reports to ensure outstanding, person-centred care and clinical excellence while leading the care and clinical teams.

The successful candidate will hold an NMC PIN, Level 5 Management NVQ, and have prior care home management experience with strong CQC knowledge and staff leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a senior clinical team.
• Proven track record in care home management and regulatory compliance (CQC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home.
• Lead and support the clinical and care teams.
• Ensure high standards of care, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, quality assurance and occupancy levels.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals.

Registered Manager (Clinical)

Location: Telford Salary: £80,000 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead our Care Home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management,
• Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership of supervising & leading a senior team, managing clinical staff, communication, and organisational skills
• An understanding of safeguarding adults at risk
• Understanding of key care

Essential Experience

• Experience of managing in a care home setting.
• Experience of caring for individuals with dementia.
• Experience Medication management.
• Experience of supervising & leading a senior team.
