Job summary

Coverage Care Services Ltd in Telford is seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead our care home, ensuring outstanding, person-centred care and the highest clinical and operational standards.

The role requires an NMC PIN, Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent), and a proven track record in senior care leadership, with strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding adults, and effective team management. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN with a valid NMC PIN.
• Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent).
• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding adults.
• Experience with dementia care and clinical staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home.
• Lead and support the clinical and care teams.
• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance.
• Manage staffing, quality assurance, and occupancy levels.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
