The Role As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant and effective day-to-day operation of the nursing home. • Be a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN
• Hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
• Have previous experience in a management role within a nursing home
• Demonstrate strong clinical leadership, organisational and operational management skills
• Have a sound understanding of nursing home compliance, clinical governance and CQC requirements
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
