Job summary

Keys Group is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a high-performing care team within its Children's Residential services. You will drive safeguarding, quality and compliance while delivering excellent outcomes for children and young people.

With a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care services and a minimum of two years in a supervisory role, you will manage budgets, develop service performance and coach future leaders within a supportive, child-centred culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within Children's Residential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People management).
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People.
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989.
• Experience of budgets and financial management.
• Full driving licence is essential.

• Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
• Experience of budgets and financial management.
• Full driving licence is essential.
  Salary - up to £50,000
