Keys Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for a busy regional children’s home in the UK. You will support the leadership team in delivering high-quality, child-centered care within a supportive, growing national organisation.
Training and progression opportunities, including Level 5 qualifications, are available. You will lead a small team, manage safeguarding and Ofsted-related processes, and contribute to developing a therapeutic model of care.
Our home is a very busy and active environment, supporting up to 5 vulnerable teenagers who have emotional and behavioural diffidculties, helping them to come to terms with their past and preparing them for their future. As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, being part of a region of children's homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change. You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, to grow and develop into future leaders and to take on additional responsibilities which will give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.
