Portman Recruitment is seeking a Registered Manager for an eight-bed children’s home. The role offers a total package up to £79,185, with base salary £54,997 - £68,441 and a long-term incentive plan of 30% of salary accrued annually.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted compliance and drive positive outcomes for young people, with opportunities for career progression and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our client's homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, with the aim of achieving the very best outcomes. Their holistic approach ensures every aspect of a young person's development is supported, with multidisciplinary teams including Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other clinical professionals working together to deliver positive outcomes.

By managing the day-to-day operations of the home and maintaining compliance with Ofsted standards, you'll help young people regain their childhood and create pathways towards becoming well-rounded adults.
You'll play an active role in assessing new referrals and will have the opportunity to lead a high-quality children's home, ensuring young people receive the care, stability and support they deserve.
