Job summary

Keys Group in Sudbury is seeking a Registered Manager for a 4-bed EBD children’s home. You will lead a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

You will work with clinical and specialist advisors and manage safeguarding, quality, and budgets. A Level 5 management qualification and a driving licence are required, with opportunities for career progression within the Keys Group.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a supervisory role within Children's Residential
• Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification)
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations
• Experience of budgets and financial management
• Full driving licence is essential

Keys are recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Sudbury at our 4 bed home EBD home.

You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager and a regional clinical team that operates under a trauma-informed model of care. You’ll be supported by your own Psychologist and Therapist specific to your home and region.
