Job summary

Keys Group in Sudbury is recruiting for a Registered Manager for a 4-bed Children's Residential home. You will lead a therapeutic, trauma-informed service and drive safeguarding, quality and outcomes for children and young people.

You’ll be supported by regional management and clinical teams, with trauma-informed care models and psychologist support to the home and region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience within Children's Residential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young People management) achieved or in progress.
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People.
• Strong knowledge of The Children Act 1989 and safeguarding procedures and home regulations.
• Experience of budgets and financial management.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Keys are recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Sudbury at our 4 bed home EBD home.

You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager and a regional clinical team that operates under a trauma-informed model of care. You’ll be supported by your own Psychologist and Therapist specific to your home and region.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).


• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People


• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.


• Experience of budgets and financial management.


• Full driving licence is essential.
