Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a children’s home in Holbeach. You will oversee daily operations, support a team of Deputy Manager and Senior Staff, and work with clinical colleagues to provide trauma-informed care for up to four children aged 9–15.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience in children’s residential settings, a Level 5 leadership qualification, and robust knowledge of safeguarding and budgeting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within Children's Residential.
• Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young People) in progress or achieved.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures (Children Act 1989, home regulations).
• Experience of budgets and financial management.

You'll be overseeing the operations of ourhome in Holbeach This home supports up to 4 Children & Young People. This home would be ideal for someone with a background working in anEBD setting. The home currently supports 3 Children aged 9- 15

You'll be supported by a strong team of a Deputy Manager, x2 Senior Support Workers. Alongside support from a Regional Manager and a regional clinical team that operates under a trauma-informed model of care. You’ll be supported by your own Psychologist and Therapist specific to your home and region.

What you'll bring to the role:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a supervisory role within Children's Residential
• Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
• Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
• Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
• Experience of budgets and financial management.
• Full driving licence is essential.
