The Opportunity: We are experiencing continued growth within our EPIC team and are seeking full-time superheroes to join our amazing, supportive team in Grimsby. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding care and support, helping young people lead happy and fulfilling lives. No Experience Needed: Experience within the care sector is not required as we offer full training, coaching, and development. Keys Group provides sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and advance their careers. By learning new key skills and gaining a variety of excellent qualifications, you will open up numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector. Many of our regional and service managers started as support workers and have successfully climbed the Keys ladder - and we are committed to supporting you to do the same!
