Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager for a Hartlepool children's home. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted requirements are met, and drive positive outcomes for young people and staff. This is a rewarding role in a leading provider of residential and educational care.

The role offers a base salary of £51,331–£63,553, plus a 10% annual bonus, on-call £2,500, attendance allowance £1,400, and a long-term incentive plan worth 30% of salary, with 7 weeks’ holiday.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• A full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the home and ensure Ofsted requirements are met.
• Lead and support staff to keep the youngest people safe, secure and motivated.
• Be involved with new referrals and contribute to creating pathways to positive outcomes for young people.
