Job summary

SCR social care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a brand new children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people within a supportive team environment.

The role requires proven management experience in children’s residential services, with RMA/NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management or ILM Level 5, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while safeguarding vulnerable young people.

Qualifications

• Management experience within young people’s residential services.
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management or ILM Level 5 (or willing to commence within 3 months).
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010.
