Job summary

SCR social care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people. The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding focus and a proactive approach to staff development.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, drive service improvements, and ensure effective safeguarding across all operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing children’s residential services.
• Willingness to commence RMA/NVQ4 or ILM Level 5 within 3 months.
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards and The Children’s Act 2010.
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and stay calm under pressure.
