A safe, nurturing home led by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a capable leader to oversee daily operations, safeguarding, and continuous improvement for children and young people. You will coordinate a dedicated care team, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster positive relationships with families and professionals.

Rota: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm with a requirement to undertake scheduled on-call duties.
Salary: £55,000.00 to £63,000.00 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, previous registration history, and the size of the home
Additional earning potential:
Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year
Sign on bonus up to £3,000.00 in the first 6 months
Total first year earnings potential up to £66,000.00
Ongoing annual earnings potential up to £63,000.00

Lead the day to day running of the home
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people
Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team
Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards, and company policies
Oversee care quality, compliance, staff performance, and service development
Build positive relationships with children, families, social workers, and other professionals
Drive the home towards strong inspection outcomes and continuous improvement
