Job summary

A safe, nurturing home led by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a capable leader to oversee daily operations, safeguarding, and continuous improvement for children and young people. Qualifications

• Experience in senior residential care leadership or management.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the home.
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team.
• Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards, and company policies.
• Oversee care quality, compliance, staff performance, and service development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, social workers and other professionals.
• Drive the home towards strong inspection outcomes and continuous improvement.

Job description

Rota: Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm with a requirement to undertake scheduled on-call duties.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £55,000.00 to £63,000.00 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, previous registration history, and the size of the home

Additional earning potential:

Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year

Sign on bonus up to £3,000.00 in the first 6 months

Total first year earnings potential up to £66,000.00

Ongoing annual earnings potential up to £63,000.00
