Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager for a small children’s residential home in Earls Barton (NN6). You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding, and manage the staff team and rotas.

You’ll work with an in‑house psychologist to deliver therapeutic care, coordinate Ofsted inspections, and build relationships with local authorities and families. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards.
• Experience managing or deputising within a children's residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
• Minimum Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Enhanced DBS.
