Arch Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Children’s Registered Manager for a residential home in Southend-on-Sea. You will lead the team to support children with learning disabilities, promoting independence and meaningful activities while ensuring high standards of care.

The role requires prior experience as Deputy Manager or Children’s Registered Manager and an essential Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Essential).
• Experience at Deputy Manager or Children’s Registered Manager level (Essential).
• Experience in Ofsted-regulated residential settings (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Support staff to promote independence for service users.
• Encourage recreational activities within and outside the community.
• Advocate for the service users and the home.

Job Title: Childrens Registered Manager

Salary: Up to £67,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

Location: Southend-on-Sea, SS0

Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential sector and is looking for a Registered Manager to join their established home supporting children with learning disabilities.

Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.
