Job summary

Arch Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Childrens Registered Manager to lead a residential home for children with emotional and behavioural needs. You will support staff, promote independence, and advocate for service users within Ofsted regulatory frameworks.

The role offers an attractive package up to £65,000 per annum plus a performance bonus up to £6,000, plus extensive learning and development opportunities and a strong path to management progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent is essential.
• Experience as Registered Manager in an Ofsted-regulated residential setting is essential.
• Experience in supporting children with emotional/behavioural needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Registered Manager will support staff to promote independence, encourage recreational activities, and advocate for service users.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management or Residential Childcare/Or equivalent (Essential)
• Previous experience at Registered Manager level (Essential)
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
