Arch Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Children’s Registered Manager for a residential home in Ilford, East London. You will lead a team to support children with emotional and behavioural needs, promoting independence and active community participation.

The role offers a strong salary up to £65,000 per year, with a potential bonus of up to £5,000 based on Ofsted ratings and capacity. Onsite parking and development opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential)
• Experience as Deputy Manager or Children’s Registered Manager (Essential)
• Experience supporting children in Ofsted regulated residential settings (Essential)

Responsibilities

• Support staff to promote independence and advocate for service users.
• Encourage recreational activities within and outside the community.
• Lead and manage the registered home in line with Ofsted requirements.

Our client already holds a huge presence in the children's residential sector and is looking for a Registered Manager to join their established home supporting children with emotiona and behavioural needs.

Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.
