Arch Resourcing Ltd is assisting a leading children's residential provider in recruiting a Registered Manager for an existing home in the Maidenhead/Slough area. You will lead staff, promote independence, and advocate for service users to ensure high-quality care.

The role offers a base of £70,000 per year with potential bonuses up to £5,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity, plus £5,000 profit share; includes career progression, training, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Essential)
• Previous experience at Deputy Manager or Children’s Registered Manager level (Essential)
• Experience in an Ofsted-regulated residential setting (Essential)
