Job summary

Arch Resourcing Ltd seeks a Children’s Registered Manager for a residential setting in Romford, Essex. You will oversee staff, promote independence, and advocate for the service users, ensuring high-quality care for children with emotional and behavioural needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience as Deputy Manager or Children’s Registered Manager (Essential).
• Experience supporting children within an Ofsted-regulated residential setting (Essential).

• Support staff to promote independence and recreational activities.
• Advocate for service users and ensure quality care in a residential setting.
• Lead and develop the team to meet Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Title: Childrens Registered Manager
