Arch Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager for a children’s home in Romford to lead care delivery, support staff, and drive strong Ofsted outcomes. You will oversee service user welfare, safety, and development, while coordinating activities and partnerships within the community.

The role offers a competitive £60,000 per year base with performance bonuses and a clear path to management progression in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Essential)
• Experience as Deputy Manager or Children’s Registered Manager (Essential)
• Experience supporting children within an Ofsted-regulated residential setting (Essential)

Childrens Registered Manager

Salary: £60,000 per annum (plus bonus for Ofsted ratings/capacity)

Location: Romford, Essex

Our client already holds a huge presence in the children’s residential sector and is looking for a Registered Manager to join their established home supporting children with emotiona and behavioural needs.

Childrens Registered Manager will support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users.

Salary £60,000 per annum - plus bonus up to £5,000 for Ofsted ratings and capacity, plus £5,000 profit share per annum

Located in Romford, Essex

Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care/Or equivalent (Essential)
• Previous experience at Deputy Manager or Childrens Registered Manager level (Essential)
• Must have supported children within an Ofsted regulated residential setting (Essential)
