Key Duties:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
• Support staff development through supervision, mentoring, and training.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

• Proven experience in managing and leading care teams in a residential or nursing setting.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, care governance, and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance, training, and development effectively.

What's on offer:

Salary: 21+ph

may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience

Contract type: 6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
