Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a privately funded domiciliary care service in Solihull. You will oversee quality, compliance and day-to-day operations while supporting business growth and expansion plans, including into children’s care.

Join a supportive team with a Deputy Manager and coordinators; benefit from a hands-on leadership role and a stable, friendly working environment with regular on-call duty.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality compliance.
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or working towards this.
• Experience leading and developing care teams.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on and approachable management style.
• Willingness to participate in an emergency on call rota.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established, privately funded domiciliary care provider in Solihull.

The service currently delivers around 800 care hours per week and has a strong support structure, including a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee quality, compliance and day-to-day operations while supporting the continued growth of the business.
