Location: Dudley & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hours: 9:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (with flexibility as required)

Client Base: Primarily Local Authority

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a service that works closely with Local Authorities, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards. You will be responsible for managing the service day-to-day, leading a dedicated team, and driving continuous improvements in both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Lead, support and develop staff to deliver safe, person-centred care
• Maintain excellent relationships with Local Authorities and commissioners
• Ensure efficient rota management, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Drive growth opportunities while maintaining high standards of service
