Job summary

Domus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a privately funded domiciliary care service in Solihull. You will oversee quality, compliance and daily operations while supporting growth, with an established team and around 800 care hours per week.

The role offers a salary of £38,000–£40,000 and a supportive environment with regular hours finishing at 5pm. Opportunity to expand into children’s care and contribute to service development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary care service.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality compliance.
• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (in progress).
• Experience leading and developing care teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on and approachable management style.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rota.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established, privately funded domiciliary care provider in Solihull.

The service currently delivers around 800 care hours per week and has a strong support structure, including a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator and Field Care Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee quality, compliance and day-to-day operations while supporting the continued growth of the business.
