Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates are recruiting a Registered Manager for a pioneering domiciliary care operation in Manchester. You will lead the launch of the new CQC-regulated service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

You will build relationships with local authorities and the community to secure private and council referrals, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and work with HR, recruitment and finance to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
• Proven CQC Registered Manager experience with inspections.
• Strong business development, marketing of care hours, and local authority referrals.
• Solid knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory compliance in domiciliary care.

Are you a Registered Manager for domiciliary and homecare services? Are you looking for a new challenge? This is the role for you.

I am looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a specialist care company who are opening their very first Domiciliary Care Office.

My client is a leader in therapeutic children's homes and fostering and they are looking to diversify and open their first CQC regulated domiciliary care agency.

The Registered Manager will be responsible for getting the new service off the ground, network with the local community and local authorities to generate private and council referrals, ensure CQC compliance, recruit and retain a top performing care team.

You will be supported by existing HR, recruitment and finance teams meaning you can focus on building the care side.

The Registered Care Manager will receive a fantastic salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience and CQC track record)

As Registered Manager, it is a requirement for you to be registered with CQC so only applicants who meet the following criteria will be considered

• Level 5 Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
• Previous CQC Registered Manager experience with evidence of CQC inspections
• Solid knowledge and experience in business development, marketing services and securing care hours
• Strong knowledge of CQC, homecare agencies, safeguarding and regulatory compliance
• Ambitious and driven leader who wants to build a high performing culture
