Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a new luxury care home in Bolton. You will recruit and develop the management and care teams, establish systems, and prepare the home for its first residents, shaping care standards and resident experience from the outset.

You will drive commissioning activities, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory readiness, building strong relationships with families and community professionals while delivering exceptional hospitality and care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and governance.
• Experience recruiting and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness including occupancy development and budget management.
• Organised, hands-on leadership style and confidence managing a new service.
• Commissioning experience would be an advantage.

The provider is looking to appoint now, giving you time to recruit your team, establish systems and prepare the home for its first residents.
