Job summary

Leaders in Care Bolton is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a new luxury care home, opening early next year. You will head commissioning, recruit and develop the team, and establish systems to deliver outstanding care, safeguarding and resident experience from day one.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for CQC readiness, occupancy growth and budgets, plus building strong relationships with families and local professionals to shape a first-class service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, safeguarding and governance.
• Experience recruiting and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness, including occupancy development and budget management.
• An organised, hands-on leadership style and confidence managing a new service.
• Previous commissioning experience would be an advantage.
