Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Bolton-based residential care home. You will hold overall responsibility for high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, and staff performance, with the autonomy to shape culture and drive improvements.

The role suits a proven Registered Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager ready to register, focused on person-centred care and delivering outstanding resident outcomes within a supportive organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult residential care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Track record of leading and developing successful care teams.
• Experience managing safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of occupancy management.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the staff team.
• Drive high standards of person-centred care throughout the service.
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and quality assurance.
• Manage recruitment, retention, supervision, and performance management.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and external professionals.
• Monitor occupancy, referrals, and admissions.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Lead inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the home maintains a positive culture focused on quality outcomes.

Delphi Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a confidential and established residential care provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Bolton-based service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into registration.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within adult residential care
