Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Yorkshire. You will assume full operational responsibility, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing with the backing of an established leadership team.

Key duties include leading care and support teams, maintaining high quality standards, safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, and driving occupancy and performance.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care or similar regulated setting.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join an established service with solid foundations, strong occupancy and an experienced team already in place.

As Registered Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing whilst continuing to develop the team and drive performance.

You’ll be trusted to lead the service as your own, with the support of an experienced senior leadership team behind you.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or a similar regulated setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or substantial progress towards completion
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
