Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Yorkshire. You will assume full operational responsibility, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing with the backing of an established leadership team.

Key duties include leading care and support teams, maintaining high quality standards, safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, and driving occupancy and performance.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care or similar regulated setting.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Full operational management of a CQC regulated service.
• Leadership, coaching and development of care and support teams.
• Maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Safeguarding oversight and risk management.
• Resident, relative and stakeholder engagement.
• Budget management and financial performance.
• Service improvement and quality assurance.
