Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Sussex. This role comes with full operational responsibility, ensuring regulatory compliance, exceptional resident wellbeing, and ongoing team development.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or a similar regulated setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or substantial progress towards completion).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, well-established provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Sussex.

You’ll be trusted to lead the service as your own, with the support of an experienced senior leadership team behind you.

About You

We’re keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or a similar regulated setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or substantial progress towards completion
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
