Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Sussex. You will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring exceptional care standards, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing.

You will build a high-performing team with strong leadership support from an experienced senior team. The role offers autonomy, development opportunities and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care, retirement living or similar regulated setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or progress towards completion).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, well-established provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Sussex.

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or a similar regulated setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or substantial progress towards completion
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
