You will have full operational responsibility, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing with the backing of a strong leadership team. The role emphasizes creating a positive culture, developing the team, and driving performance while maintaining solid occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care or similar regulated setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or progress towards).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for person-centred care and outstanding outcomes.

Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, well-established provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community in West Yorkshire

The Opportunity

As Registered Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care, regulatory compliance and resident wellbeing whilst continuing to develop the team and drive performance.

You'll be trusted to lead the service as your own, with the support of an experienced senior leadership team behind you.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate:

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or a similar regulated setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or substantial progress towards completion
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
