Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential provider in West Yorkshire for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a thriving retirement living community. The role focuses on resident wellbeing, regulatory compliance and strong team development within a supportive leadership framework.

You will drive standards, manage budgets, engage stakeholders and shape service improvement while maintaining occupancy and delivering outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager experience in adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or similar.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or progress towards) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and outstanding outcomes.

The Opportunity

• Registered Manager experience within adult social care, extra care, domiciliary care, retirement living or a similar regulated setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or substantial progress towards completion
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing teams
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred care and achieving outstanding outcomes
